Excellent Speaker!
Rebecca just gave our garden club an excellent presentation via Zoom on "How to Refresh your Garden".
She delivers some really helpful advice on how to look at your current garden with a discerning eye, and ways to implement change through the use of form, foliage and color.
Rebecca is extremely knowledgeable, and very engaging, and makes excellent use of photos to illustrate her points.
I can safely say that we all enjoyed her presentation immensely, and would highly recommend her as a speaker for any garden related function.

Wonderful Speaker!
Rebecca was our speaker for our first ever Zoom Garden Club meeting and I have had comments that this is one of the best presentations we have had. We chose the topic of Refresh Your Garden Design but Rebecca was able to answer questions on all aspects of gardens from irrigation, soils, climate. Rebecca is an extremely talented designer and her passion for all things related to gardening shines through bright and clear. She was very easy to work with and very comfortable with the Zoom format. Will definitely be considering her for future talks.

As chair of this event, I received many compliments for getting such an informative and charming speaker. Her class evaluations were over the top. Fantastic seminar at the ’13 SF Flower&Garden Show
I went to your talk yesterday at the SF Flower and Garden Show. I had hoped to thank you in person, but you were absolutely surrounded by admirers. I’ve been doing residential design for 8 years, gone to numerous industry seminars and garden walks, and I can honestly say that I learned more today than I have at any past event. You were very generous with your information and examples, and for that alone I am appreciative.
‘A plus plus’ for Harmony in the Garden
Rebecca Sweet was a GREAT speaker. Her slide presentation included before and after slides of gardens that had been transformed using her method of analyzing what was wrong and why...........color, form, shape of leaf, etc. She is a lovely person who has been passionate about gardening since childhood and has a wealth of knowledge about plants, design and people. She is modest, engaging and poised and confident. She was universally loved by our group of 60 members and guests, ranging in age from 40 to 90 and skill level from little to master gardener.

Rebecca Sweet–wonderful speaker!
Rebecca's presentation for the Garden Club of Los Altos was absolutely great. Her designs for gardening in small spaces and solving unpleasant views in the garden are practical, inspirational and beautiful. Her list of plants for small areas is just amazing, I can't wait to plant some. Thanks Rebecca!
‘Harmony in the Garden’ emanates just that.
I just sat in on Rebecca's presentation, 'Harmony in the Garden' at the San Francisco Flower and Garden Show. What a wonderful presentation... Rebecca is relaxed and engaging at the same time. She spoke to home gardeners about elements of design and how to work with them. Her visuals were very clear and helpful. She was light, articulate, specific and delightful. A wonderful teacher. As a fellow landscape designer and writer, I so appreciate the points she made, and her gift for conveying them in a relaxed, informative way - as if we were all just enjoying a moment in the garden together. She was a joy, and those who have the opportunity to hear her are fortunate indeed.

One of the best…
I recently heard Rebecca Sweet speak, along with her co-author of "Garden Up!" (Susan Morrison) at the GWA Annual Symposium about collaborating to write a book. Theirs was one of the best presentations I've ever heard. Both speakers were polished and stayed focused on the subject matter. I learned so much in that hour and their easy conversational style made that hour fly by. Rebecca has a charming way of speaking that makes you feel as if you're sitting at the kitchen table sharing a cup of tea.
Excellent information, engaging style
I saw Rebecca speak with her co-author, Susan Morrison, at the Garden Writers Assoc. conference in Indianapolis. Their presentation was awesome, and I learned a great deal about authoring a book while remaining friends. The second part of the talk about how to market that same book was my favorite.
Charming!
Rebecca was absolutely charming in her presentation at Annie's Annuals in Richmond, CA, along with co-author Susan Morrison of their book Garden Up. She is vivacious, entertaining & informative as a speaker. She held the complete attention of the entire audience. I would love to be there on another occasion when she talks about gardening.
