If you are not logged in and you open the support link, you may see a screen that looks like the picture below.

Please log in as normal with the email you used at purchase and either the default password that was provided during setup (in your inbox or spam folder) or the new password you chose upon resetting your password. Once logged in, please proceed to create a ticket.
