Susie has been passionate about both gardening and Yoga for 50 years! As she entered her senior years, she became acutely aware of how important it is to prepare the body for gardening, to stop and refresh while gardening, and to relax and absorb the joy after gardening. So, she married her two passions into an easy, practical and essential set of gentle stretches, rotations, muscle and joint warm-ups to do BEFORE, DURING and AFTER gardening to reduce aches and pains and potential injury from doing what we love!
She does both live and virtual presentations. The Workshop is a 45-minute live or Zoom experience designed for active older adults in everyday street clothes. Susie has presented the workshop for garden clubs, botanic gardens, nurseries, and senior associations.
