Harvesting and using Herbs and Edibles is fun and rewarding.
During the lecture part of this program we will explore the cultivation of culinary herbs and other edibles.
We will also examine the techniques used to store them till next harvest.
During the demonstration;
fresh herbs will be prepared, mixed, blended and bottled.
A delightful sample of the vinaigrette will be served on a simple salad along with a blended herb butter, served on french bread.
A workshop is available also.
Our garden club would be interested in your presentation on herbs. We are from the state of Maryland. Are you near our state? And what would your fee be? We are a group of 70 members and most of our interest are growing herbs and their culinary and medicinal uses. Thank you for your time.
