If you you would like to view subscriptions you have placed, the first thing you will need to do is log in to your account. If you are not yet logged in and need help logging in, please read our FAQ guide here on how to log in.
First, scroll to the bottom of the page and in the footer section, click “My Account”, shown below:

Once you click that link, you will see this page with your account information. Click the link that looks like a book on the left side of the page in the sidebar, shown in the image below:

Clicking this link will display all of the subscriptions you have made on the website under the account in which you are logged in. You will find subscriptions statuses, dates for when the next payment is due, and totals here. To view more information regarding a specific subscription, click the button next to the subscription you would like to view, entitled “View”, shown in the image below:

From here, you will be able to view all details regarding the subscription. You can also auto-renew your subscription, or manually renew with the “Renew Now” button, or cancel your subscription with the “Cancel” button, shown in the image below.

You may also get support for a specific subscription/order by clicking the “Get Support” button, pictured below, or view the associated order, also pictured below.

If you choose to open a support ticket by clicking the “Get Support” button, you will be brought to the following screen to open a support ticket with our support team. For more information regarding opening support tickets, please read our FAQ guide here entitled “Opening a Support Ticket”.
