If you you would like to view orders you have placed, the first thing you will need to do is log in to your account. If you are not yet logged in and need help logging in, please read our FAQ guide here on how to log in.
First, scroll to the bottom of the page and in the footer section, click “My Account”, shown below:
Once you click that link, you will see this page with your account information. Click the link that looks like a shopping cart on the left side of the page in the sidebar, shown in the image below:
Clicking the shopping cart link will display all of the orders you have made on the website under the account in which you are logged in. You will find order dates, statuses, and totals here. To view more information regarding a specific order, click the icon to the right of the order you want to view that looks similar to an eye, shown in the image below:
Once you click that icon, you will see a pop up window that will display detailed information regarding the order. The following two images are an example of what this will look like:
You can also view subscriptions you have purchased with orders. To do this, click “View” in the “Related Subscriptions” section of the pop up window, next to the associated subscription you would like to view.
Clicking “View” next to the associated subscription you would like to view will take you to the “Subscriptions” area of your account.
You may view and/or edit subscriptions as well from this page when clicking the black button labeled “View” next to the subscription of your choice. An example of what you will see is shown below.
From here, you may edit, cancel, or renew subscriptions. For more information regarding this, please read our FAQ guide on how to view subscriptions.
