Please reset your password by clicking near either of the log out areas pictured below and logging out. Here is a video walkthrough to reset your password.
Once you have logged out, please click the “Lost your password?” link pictured below.
Next, add your email (the one you purchased with) into the email field pictured below.
Now check your email and spam folder for the password reset email. It will look like the picture below.
Once you click the email link above to reset your password, you will be taken to a screen with a place to enter the new password of your choice into each field as pictured below.
Once you choose your new password (and enter it into each box) you will see a success screen and can now login.
