If you need to add website links to your profile, the first thing you will need to do is log in to your account. If you are not yet logged in and need help logging in, please read our FAQ guide here on how to log in.
You will need to have your PDF handout file on hand in order to add it to your profile. Make sure that you know where the folder containing your PDF file is on your computer to upload it.
First, scroll to the bottom of the page and in the footer section, click “My Account”, shown below:

Once you click that link, you will see this page with your account information. Click the profile picture link located to the left side, shown in the image below:

This will take you to your speaker profile. You will need to click the link on the right side of the page that looks like an icon, shown below, and then click on “Edit Profile” in the dropdown menu that appears below.

Finally, scroll down until you see a section that is titled “PDF Handouts & Downloads”, and click the button on the left labeled “Upload”, underneath the “PDF Title” input box.

You will then be presented with a pop up window similar to the one pictured below. Drag and drop your PDF handout file here, or search for it on your computer by clicking “Upload”.

Choose your PDF file from the explorer window that will pop up.

When your PDF file has finished uploading, click the button labeled “Save” at the bottom of this pop up window. The process is shown in the images below:


Once your PDF is available, the “PDF Handouts” section on your profile will look like the image below.

You can give your PDF handout a title as well, by entering the title in the input box labeled “PDF Title”. The image below contains an example.

You may also upload a cover photo image of your PDF handout file. You can do this by clicking on the button labeled “Upload” located to the right of this section, pictured below. This is optional, so it is not necessary if you feel as if you do not wish to upload a cover image.

A pop up window will appear prompting you to choose your cover photo. Drag and drop or browse and find your cover photo by clicking “Upload”, as shown in the image below:

Once you find your chosen cover photo, click “Open” in the browser window, shown below.

Your cover photo will begin uploading. When it has completed uploading, click “Apply”. The process is shown in the images below:


When your cover photo has successfully uploaded, it will appear as shown below.

When you have finished and would like to save your changes, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click “Submit”.

Whenever you complete these steps and have successfully uploaded your PDF handout, users and members will be able to see your PDF handout on your profile. An example of what they will see is shown in the image below.
